Dear customers, we are implementing an improvement to our video calling components (WebRTC), starting on Wednesday, July 8, 2025.
This may now display a new button in the interface to indicate that the audio or video may be blocked by the browser. Simply clicking it will begin playing correctly.
Previously, our loading indicator may have been displayed when the browser blocked autoplay.

From now on, you'll be able to see the "Click to activate audio and video" button only if necessary, as follows:
